My Silent Book Club Chapter Is In the News!
I started the Columbus, Ohio chapter of Silent Book Club about a year ago and have been having a blast. So when the local newspaper, The Columbus Dispatch, wanted to do a story on us, I was thrilled!
If you haven't heard of Silent Book Club, it's basically a book club where you get the community without the homework. There's no assigned book, so everyone brings whatever they're currently reading and we all read silently together for an hour. Afterward, we all hang out and gush about the books we love.
You can read the Dispatch's story here. And if you feel inspired and want to start a Silent Book Club chapter in your city, check out my tips on how to do so.
Feel free to post any questions you have about running a chapter in the comments (it's a pretty low maintenance commitment) and I'll be happy to help.
