Happy #ThursdayWordDay, word nerds!

Today's word is another one I encountered reading The Magicians trilogy. (I'm OBSESSED. Sorry not sorry.) And it's fun to say!

"susurrous: adjective. 1) full of whispering or rustling sounds," says Dictionary.com.

I believe "susurrous" was used in the book to describe a forest. It's also an onomatopoeia, or maybe that's just because I can't seem to say it without whispering a little.

Got a favorite funky vocab word? Post it and a link to your blog in the comments and I'll feature you for a future #ThursdayWordDay.
